About company

Stepanow s.r.o. an Italian-Slovakian Joint Venture, was founded in 1997 by the well known Italian distillery CASONI S.p.A. of Finale Emilia, to establish a solid bridge with Eastern European countries. Situated in the strategic geographical area of Pribenik, in Kosice region, at the border of Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Ukraina, the modern Stepanow´s factory, fully furnished with Italian technology, produces under licence a whole range of products, liqueurs and distillates, which are the results of a long-term tradition in production of alcoholic drinks, based since 1814 on CASONI´S family traditional recipes.

AMARETTO CASONI
Almond Liqueur • 25% • 0,7 l
It is a delicious and full of flavour drink, prepared by blending high quality spirit with almond infusion, on the basis of an original 1860’s recipe. To reach the characteristic bouquet, almonds of the highest quality from southern Italy are used. For its unique taste it is perfectly appropriate for preparation of mixed drinks or, as a topper, on ice-cream. When properly cooled, it is perfect served straight on ice cubes.

AMARETTO CREAM
Creamy Liqueor • 17% • 0,7l
Is an exceptional, creamy liqueur based on high quality almond liqueur Amaretto Casoni and the best Dutch cream.

AMARETTO CELLINI
Almond Liqueur • 21% • 0,7l
Cellini Amaretto has same characteristic bouquet and quality of Amaretto Casoni only with less alcohol so that, it can satisfy the demand of consumer requiring a lower alcohol content.
GRAN CAFÉ

Gran Caffe it is one of the latest Stepanow’s products. It is a well balance Coffee liqueur with a taste of traditional Italian espresso. All the fans of high quality liqueurs ought to try this novelty and they certainly will appreciate its taste of fresh, aromatic coffee. Due to its characteristic, inimitable taste, Gran Caffe can be used for the preparation of different sweet dainties like Tiramisu.

 

GRAN CAPUCINO

CHERRY BRANDY LIKÉR

Il LIMONE SORRENTO

Traditional lemon liqueur, obtained by infusion of pure alcohol of the skins of the best oval lemons typical of the Sorrento Peninsula. Characterized by a rich and fresh aroma.

IL LIMONE CASONI

Original Italian liqueur, made from the bark of mature lemons. It is excellent for preparing mixed drinks or ice cream or fruit cups. It is recommended to consume cooled, possibly as a mixed drink, with Prosecco as "Don Limone".

NOCINO
Walnut liqueur • 36% • 0,5l
Traditional Italian liqueur, made with green walnuts infusion. Carefully selected green nuts, minced with a core of four parts are drenched with pure alcohol and allowed to macerate for one year or more before bottling.
GRAPPA BELPOGGIO

Grappa is a traditional Italian distillate which has been consumed for centuries in Northern Italy. The Belpoggio range is available in three varieties: a fine blanded Grappa and two so called „Monovitigno” Grappa meaning that they are obtained exclusively from the distillation of dregs of pressed Chardonnay and Moscato Grapes. In this way, the taste and flavour of the single type of grape used emerges in full richness and intensity creating a smooth and more flavourful taste sensation. Grappa is traditionally drunk after a good Italian meal and is served at room temperature or fairly cool at a temperature of 8/12°C in small glasses. It is also tasty when added to strong coffee, resulting in a „caffe corretto”.

Born with the discovery of America and traditionally eaten by slaves, pirates and sailors, rum is the Caribbean symbol.
Produced by sugarcane, the distillate takes on different characters depending on whether it is used the molasses of the sugar or pure cane juice.
Today there are many varieties, classified in styles, in reference to the island of production and to its colonial history: French, English, Latin.
The Latin rum, called 'ron' in Spanish, are derived from molasses and are distinguished by sweetness and lightness,
Rums of British origin are more spicy and flavorful,
French rum, very intense and characterized, are called 'agricultural', because of pure fresh juice distillates.
White rums are used in the preparation of long drinks and tropical cocktails,

The rums aged instead express their aromatic richness if smooth tasted, accompanied by dried fruit or chocolate.

Puerto Blanco in this special bottle, is made from original Sugar Cane Distillate. It can be used straight or with ice, but is also perfect to prepare mixed drinks.
RUM PUNTA CARDON

Punta Cardon is an alcoholic beverage based on aged rum and fine cereal alcohol especially created to those who like a spicy taste. Punta Cardon is refined with the best essences and aromas based on the domestic tradition and of course following the secret blend of Stepanow. The sensorial characteristics of this beverage comes from the wise mix of essences and original aromatic rum resulting in harmonious and unique notes.

CABOCO COCCO & RUM

A typical women’s liqueur with coconut taste wisely mixed with pure cane distillate. It captures with its typical mild exotic taste and flavour. We serve it cooled. It is excellent for preparation of mixed drinks and ice-cream and fruit desserts.
RUM PB
RESERVA ESPECIAL

PB is a great rum obtained from the blend of rums aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon casks from which inherits the sweetness and a full-bodied, well-balanced,
PB - an example of the tradition in the art of distilling rum in Barbados Islands and in general in the English speaking Caribbean.
It has a bright appearance, bright, amber-golden color. The aroma is very complex and pleasantly harmonious, distinguish shades of flowers, spices, fruits and traces of vanilla and a subtle smoky oak character.
It is extremely fine with a remarkable persistence and its flavor is consistently harmonized with its aroma.
RUM de CUBA Anejo
It is a final blend of rum of different vintages of 3,5 and 7 years of aging, but it gives a great deal of paleness, harmony and complexity to the palate. This rum reflects the aging method used by Master Roneros in the center of the island.
